Braylon Edwards and why Browns fans don't like him

Has everyone seen the articles and different media on why he says Browns fans do not like him? He claims the fans don't like him because he is a Michigan alumni. It isnt based on the fact that he doesnt catch the balls that are thrown to him. I think I read somewhere that he has caught 38% of the passes that came his way. Granted some of those might just be bad passes with the multiple changes at QB, but of the games Ive watched alot of the passes are bad he justdoesnt catch them or even attempt to. To me, being a Browns fan, its not the fact that he is from MIchigan but he is not performing the best for what hes being paid.

As a whole, I think the Browns recieving core needs help. Braylon stands out because of expectations put on him. If he is supposed to be so good then grab the frickin ball!

i dont know if it was last year or the year before but TO lead the league in drop passes. It happens, kinda part of the game if you ask me. Like someone said it could be casue of all the QB changing but next year I think he be back to the form of last years team.

The Michigan thing is an excuse for Braylon. The Browns fans don't care what college a player went to.

It's all about catching balls and his attitude.And for 2years in a row he leads the nfl in dropped balls .

Here's hoping that he will be back to himself next year and keeps a positive attitude. Making comments like this one does not help the situation at all. I know that I made the comment that it's possible the QB changes could be a reason. I was comparing receiving stats between Braylon and Calvin Johnson. Braylon and the Browns have went through 3 QBs and he has 837 receiving yards. Calvin Johnson has went through 5 QBs and has 1,165 yards! Take that however you want to.

Calvin Johnson has more yards than Braylon because he catches the balls he is suppose to, he doesn't drop many, and he is also a lot better than Edwards is period.

Gimme a break!!!!!!! He is a NFL reciever, it should not matter if its a different QB throwing them that has no factor. He has droped to many passes that has hit him in the face, chest, and hands. Maybe he has a point, he is from Mich and is sabatoging the browns. I dont mind if the Browns give him one more year but he has to work in the off season at catching the ball. If he has another year next year like this one trade him off.

Saw him in an ad for 5 hour energy drink. Maybe he should lay off it. He's too jittery to catch the ball. Or maybe it gives him rabbit ears. Just catch the d*mn ball.
