Re: POLL;STEELERS VS. BENGALS WHO YA GOT
Keep fighting hard and it pays off... Dalton is a competitor, he never gives up definitely gonna be the best since Boomer..As the standing sit right now the bengals own the final wild card spot for playoffs..Seems like the no huddle works well, but as soon as we gain some momentum with it, we go away from it...beat the steelers or ravens ,win against arizona,st louis thats 10 wins texans are not the same without their qb that should be a win.im looking @11-5 record that should be the playoffs. The cornerbacks need to step up!! play ball harder n better!!Need to get up in the steelers wr face..dont let them get a clean release.. By getting a taste of success early was the best thing for this young Bengals team. It looks as if it raised there confidence and has them playing way above expectations ... And the draft we must draft a CB using 1 of 2 1st round picks we need a speedy CB to replace missing puzzle of J Joseph. We allow too many passing yards...This team is looking like a force to be recognized in the near future.. The loss to Pittsburgh and Baltimore will make us better prepared for the upcoming match up in Pittsburgh... Goodluck Bengals

buckeye guy, instead of quoting you, i'll say you are a very astute football fan. and i value your opinion, you are spot on. and i actually thought the bengals were the aggressor in both losses to the ravens and steelers, we will not be bullied. we are so dang close. i see this program taking off big time.

The Evil Empire wins again. Darth Ben extends just enough plays for a victory.

that's what happened last time, just enough to win, but that's all it takes. the bengals kept big ben on the carpet alot last time, now they know they can get to him , i expect much more of the same, just can't get caught blitzing and let him get one over the top.

Wallace is do for a big game, if the O line can just keep Ben safe it won't even be close. Be honest with yourselves the Bengals are young and our Defense isn't likely to give up big plays after such a dominate performance last week. With all that said for some reasons we don't put the teams we should stomp out of the game. So it all depends on the Bengals D. Keep it low scoring and they have a chance.
Re: POLL;STEELERS VS. BENGALS WHO YA GOT
Dominate performance on defense last week against the Chiefs second team QB. Who still at the end of the game came close to winning. Palko threw the ball to the Steelers more than his own players. With Troy getting banged up he is one hit away from being out again.
This is a hard game to predict but it is time for both teams to play well. I think Ben's thumb will effect him more and more as the season gets colder and he takes more hits. The Bengals pull off the win this week.

We're so dang close, wait till next time, wait till the draft, if only we would have...blah blah blah. Same old story different year. Steelers by two touchdowns.

Against a second team QB who plays in the NFL, and the only reason that game was close is because our offense wasn't clicking. When Ben finally started doing good the receivers started dropping balls, there will not be a repeat of this.farmer wrote:Dominate performance on defense last week against the Chiefs second team QB. AM ETEmailPrintComments291By Jamison HensleyOne of Andy Dalton's biggest fans will be on the other sideline Sunday at Heinz Field.
Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger came away impressed when he watched Dalton play against the Pittsburgh defense three weeks ago. The Bengals quarterback's ability to anticipate (in how he thew the ball before the receivers broke) really stood out to Roethlisberger.
“The things that he does that you just don't see or expect from rookie quarterbacks," Roethlisberger said in a conference call with Cincinnati reporters, via The Cincinnati Enquirer. "There were a couple of throws last time we played them ... we got a guy right in his face, the receiver is still running a route, he throws an out route and the guy breaks right to the ball and it's perfect. Some of the things he did were really impressive."
Roethlisberger weighed on the debate of whether Dalton or Carolina quarterback Cam Newton is the NFL's top offensive rookie.
"Right now I think, and I don’t know how the talk is, but he’s rookie of the year," Roethlisberger said of Dalton. "I think he’s that good of a quarterback.â€
