Not scared, I think that we would actually beat them by double digits. Just not a fan of Bardell ball.

FF girls game Vs. Monroe Central for last Sat. was postponed, not yet rescheduled.

They play tonight Vs. River Pilots up at Hannibal. (weather permitting of course)

Rosecrans will give FF all they can handle when they meet up this month. Rosecrans plays primarily freshmen, wouldn't be suprised to see them win this game.

I know the Alexander Hoops would like a Fort Frye- Oak Hill game in the invitational. We always like to see two quality teams play. Working on it. Looking at common opponants is interesting, but doesnt always tell everything. Home Away aspects, days of the week. A game between these two teams on a neutral court could be interesting adjustments for both teams.

No need to wait until next year when you can play March 12 at 1:30.

Are you brash enough to say your team will be there?

I'am just hoping the Lady Cadets will be.

If your Oaks show up, I'am sure it would be a good game, whoever they play.

It isn't brashness, It is confidence. We expect to be there. If they didn't expect to get there then why even play in the tournament.

River must of tried to keep it close as long as possible by stalling.First round was 55-25 Fort over River.

I read that at one time it was a 5-4 score in the 3rd qtr. Obviously River tried to hold the ball to limit the possessions hoping that would give them a better chance to win. I like to watch those type of strategy games. Much more interesting than a 55-25 game, and River was within one possession in the 2nd half. I'll bet that was much better than they were at any time in the 2nd half in the first game between the two. The object of the game is to win by whatever strategy you think you can best employ to have the best chance to do so. Kudos to River for trying this. It will make FF a better team for experiencing it.
