not having full or partial JV teams is seriously hurting the level of play in the SOC1 ... I dont have a full proof plan to make it better , just stating that a better effort needs to made by all involved to get these freshman/sophs on the floor . I've seen varsity teams take the court with ten , sometimes 11 and pass on playing two Q's of JV .
