Rock Hill and the SOC
What do you think? Would this be a good fit? I think they play Wheelersburg, Portsmouth West, Oak Hill and Lucasville Valley in football already.

Nope not going to happen...they wouldn't let Portsmouth in the SOC when they wanted in and it doesnt look like they are going to let South Gallia in for football only. Only chance they would get in is if the SOC and OVC joined and brought in Portsmouth,Ironton,South Gallia, Manchester and possibly even Gallia

They have a hard time winning the OVC. The OVC is far weaker than the SOC. I think it would be great for the SOC to invite Rock Hill in. They would be the largest school in the big division of the SOC and they would be more fodder for Wheelersburg in all sports.
