Waverly at Burg

Post by bookem13 »

Waverly is coming off a tough double OT loss to the Falcons (not sure what the Pirates did), so they will be hungry for a win. Last year's game came down to OT, so the Pirates will be looking for revenge...should be a good one.

Should be a good one. Should be a lot of good games in the league this year especially the 8th grade.

Cats, I agree. Minford, Waverly, West, and Burg are all very competitive. You throw in our non-league of Portsmouth and Jackson, and it's a heck of a schedule! I'm excited that the Tigers have some talent in the lower levels...hopefully that will translate to some varsity success in the next few years, but it won't be easy, b/c the SOC is turning into a monster!
