What are your goals for the 2023 season, along with the goals you have set for your team?

I want to gain respect from not just the OCC but all of Ohio this year, and my team and I are looking to make a playoff run that hopefully ends with great memories made and/or a ring on our finger.

What was the best and worst part of the 2022 season?


The best part was just spending time with the guys on off the field, the worst part was losing to Marysville in the playoffs, but a lot of lessons were learned throughout that season for sure.

Do you think having three high schools in Dublin makes it more difficult for you guys to win a state title?

Maybe to an extent due to the fact we’re dividing up all of Dublin’s talent into 3 schools but me personally I don’t think it affects us that much, I’m really just focused on what me and my team are building day by day.

What is your biggest strength as a football player, along with the biggest thing you need to improve?

My biggest strength is that I’m a playmaker, I can make guys miss and make something out of nothing.
I need to work on my vocal leadership going into this junior season now that I’m an upper class-men.

What has been your biggest personal achievement as an athlete?

Getting my first d1 offer from Ball State this past May.

What are your favorite and least favorite parts of a Coffman practice?

My favorite is definitely when we go first team on first team competition, things get heated and it’s really fun seeing all the guys in that mode. My least favorite is probably special teams period.

Which game this season are you looking forward to the most, along with the reason why?

Centerville, they beat us at their place last year. We get a shot at them on our field this year and I feel like if we can fight our way out with a win this year then we have a chance to do something special.

Who has been the best player you have ever faced, along with the team he played for?

My guy Reggie Powers from Centerville is a great player.

What are your thoughts on girls playing on the boys football team?

I feel like everyone should get to experience the great game of football.

Where are your thoughts on 16 teams from each region making the playoffs?

It’s good for the teams who may have underachieved in the regular season and feel they can still make a run. In my opinion, it is a little much.

Where should the state finals be held?

The Horseshoe definitely.

Have you heard from any colleges as far as playing football?

If so, would you name a few? Ball state, Toledo, Kent, Ohio State.

What is your dream job?

NFL player

What toppings and crust make your perfect pizza?
Thick crust, pepperoni, bacon, and pineapple never misses.
