How do you keep your play at a high level when you guys are blowing a team out?

I just try to stay focused and keep playing hard. Especially if we are up big at halftime, going back out for the 2nd half I gotta imagine the score is 0 to 0

Do you have any game-day superstitions? Name them if you do.

I don’t have any game-day superstitions.

What is the one thing you always do after a good performance?

I always like to go to Roosters with my teammates after a good game.

How does athletics make you a better student?

Playing sports has helped me focus in the classroom. Sports can also keep people motivated to get good grades so they can remain eligible to play sports.

What are your goals for the 2023 season?

As a team, our first goal is to win the MVL title. Once we win the MVL, we plan on having a good playoff run in hopes to win the state championship.

What are you looking forward to the most this season?

I'm looking forward to our Sheridan game. They beat us at home last year so I’m excited to go their place and redeem ourselves.

Who is the best player you have ever faced?

The best player I faced was Jaden Ball from Bloom Carrol. He was a very physical player, and he made it a lot harder to defend the run.

If the game is on the line, do you want to be on offense or defense? Explain:

Defense, I think our defense is very tough and we would be able to keep a team from scoring.

How do you get over a hard loss?

After a hard loss, I always try to stay focused on our future games. You can’t keep thinking about a loss when you got a game to play the next week.

What is your most embarrassing moment as an athlete?

My most embarrassing moment as an athlete was against New Lex last year. I got in the backfield and Lukas Ratliff juked me out and I fell down.

What has been your best moment as an athlete?

My favorite moment as an athlete was week 3 last year. In my freshman year we lost to Jackson 24-3, so last year we got a chance to redeem ourselves and we won 14-13 and it was a very fun game to play in.

Where should the state finals be held?

I think the state game should be held at the Hall of Fame Stadium. I went to the USFL championship game which was held there and it was a very cool stadium.

What is the one food you enjoy that most others do not?

I used to live in Hawaii, and I got to try a lot of new foods that aren’t typically eaten in Ohio. One of the things I liked eating was dried seaweed.

What is your dream job?

As a football player, my dream job has always been to play in the NFL

Who are your favorite and least favorite teams?

My favorite football team is the Steelers and my least favorite teams are the Browns, Bengals, and Ravens
