How long have you played football, along with the reasons you continue to play?

I’ve been playing football since I was 6 years old. I continue to play the game because it is my passion I love the game of football it doesn’t get any better than football.

What is the toughest part of playing Right Tackle?

The toughest part about playing RT is keeping up with the fast DE that is out there.


What is the toughest part of playing defensive tackle?

The toughest part about playing DT is taking on double team and things of that nature.

Beechcroft, like so many city league teams, has had lower numbers when it comes to football. As a player, how do you try to change that?

To change that I would say the city should put more money into their athletic programs which will bring more people to the city.

Who is the best player you have gone against, along with the team he played for?

Big Walnut DE toughest player I been against.

What do you feel you need to improve on the most at both positions to become a more dynamic player?

I feel like I need to improve on my footwork and being more physical and precise with my moves.

With the Columbus City League playing on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday nights as well as on the regular Friday nights, how hard is it on you as far as trying to get into a regular routine?

To me it is not that hard I’m able to adjust and I would know which games we playing that are not on Friday so I just say I adjust to the game dates.

Who is the team you most want to beat this season, along with the reason why?

The team I want to beat this year badly is Northland we lost to them in a dogfight last year and we need are get back.

As an athlete, what has been the best advice you have ever been given when it comes to sports, along with the person who gave you the advice?

The best advice I say that helped me a lot was Stop overthinking. Quote by Coach Smith Offensive line coach at Beechcroft High School.

Do you have any game-day superstitions? Name them if you do.

No game day superstitions.

Where should the state finals be held?

I think the state finals should be held at the Hall of Fame stadium in Canton, Oh.

What was the last book you read?

The last book I read was Chris Bosh Letters to a young athlete.

What is your favorite class or subject?

Favorite class would definitely be English.

What is one food you enjoy that many others do not?

The food that I enjoy that other people don’t is jerk chicken.

Who are your favorite and least favorite teams?

My favorite Nfl team is the Browns and least fav team is the Pittsburgh Steelers. My fav college team is Ohio State and least fav college team is definitely Michigan.
